Mohammed is the founder and managing director of RC. Being a professional accountant for 15 years with ACCA professional qualification and having worked his way from humble beginnings to become the Sr. Finance Manager for Muscat Electricity, he has seen numerous improvements to various functions such as accounting, business planning, financial projection, procurement and contracting, HR and administration.
Seasoned and forward-thinking CFO with a proven track record in financial transformation, strategic leadership, and data-driven decision-making across complex, multi-sector organizations. Renowned for driving operational excellence, optimizing capital structures, and leading high-impact initiatives in treasury, M&A, and digital innovation.

Adam Makbul Patel, Senior Consultant
Adam is a dynamic treasury and finance leader with 14+ years of experience across construction and corporate finance sectors in the GCC. He led Aspire Projects in Oman, achieving a financial turnaround, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensuring IFRS compliance.
Muhammad Naeem, Senior Consultant
Naeem has over a decade of experience in finance leadership across Oman’s fuel, FMCG, construction, and banking sectors. Currently leading Galfar Aspire Readymix’s finance operations, he excels in budgeting, strategic reporting, ERP implementation, and business analysis.

Michael last served for 5 years as the Executive Manager for IT in the Electricity Holding Company in Oman running the corporate IT department and systems for the group of 10 companies. He also served on the board as director and audit committee member in 3 companies in Oman. The procurement process and governance improvement in these companies are the direct result of his involvement in shaping the policies and processes as a director.
His previous successful IT management and consultancy experience included in the Port of Singapore Authority, Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, novaSprint, Minorco, Angloamerican Corp, ComfortDelgro Corp, AMCOM Telecommunications, Sceptre IT Consultancy Services, IT Explorer and Verve Energy.
Like many successful consultants, Michael Lim has seen the positive impact of implementing new technologies or reengineering the processes over the many years in his capacity to advise, direct or participate in the companies he served, in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.
Educated in Singapore and the UK, he received not once but twice for postgraduate distinction achievements in the courses he undertook. John has over 31 years of working experience in Asia Pacific, Australia and Middle East out of which he has spent almost 5 years in the Sultanate of Oman recently in Electricity Holding Co SOAC. His success story includes his leading the enhancement of financial, inventory and procurement processes for the reimplementation of Oracle R12 system in the EHC group of 10 companies. John was also appointed as a Board member of two companies in Oman functioning as Audit Committee member.
John was Practicing Public Accountant in Singapore and worked in various senior positions in industries covering manufacturing, financial institutions, telecommunication, energy and property development. He has vast experience in audit, corporate governance, treasury, taxation, financial, acquisition, system implementation, business re-engineering and change management. He is in a good position to make a positive contribution to this engagement.
